This precision Dividing Head allows indexing at any angle via direct, indirect, or differential methods with a 40:1 gear ratio. The hardened, ground spindle is mounted in taper roller bearings. The swivel head locks from 10° below horizontal to 90° vertical. Threaded spindle noses and 24-hole plates allow fast direct indexing for 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, and 24, with easy indexing from 2 to 50 and many numbers up to 380.
