  • EWELDP059 (Single Phase)
    • Portable, ideal for workshop and light-duty tasks.
    • Cuts up to 8–10 mm mild steel.
    • Operates on 220V standard supply.
  • EWELDP060 (Three Phase)
    • Industrial-grade, high-capacity cutting.
    • Cleanly cuts up to 16–20 mm mild steel (severance up to 25 mm).
    • Runs on 380V 3-phase with superior arc stability.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why won't my plasma cutter turn on?

Check that the correct power supply is connected (220V for 059, 380V for 060), and inspect the fuse, breaker, and power switch.

Why isn't the torch igniting?

Air pressure may be too low, consumables could be worn, or the ground clamp isn't secure. Set air to 4.5–6 bar and check all connections.

What causes weak or inconsistent cutting arcs?

Likely causes include low amperage, moisture in air lines, or incorrect torch standoff. Use dry air, raise amps, and maintain a 1.5–3 mm torch gap.

Why is there a lot of slag (dross) on my cuts?

This happens if the travel speed is too slow, your nozzle is worn, or the air pressure isn't optimal. Adjust your speed and check the air settings and consumables.

How do I prevent my machine from overheating?

Ensure you stay within the rated duty cycle, clean air vents regularly, and give the unit time to cool between heavy use sessions.
