Key Features
- Reliable 220V single-phase inverter stick welder
- Voltage Reduction Device (VRD) for improved safety
- Adjustable output from 30 – 70 A with stable arc performance
- High 85% efficiency and compact design
- Designed for E6013, E7018, and stainless rods
Troubleshooting Guide
- Machine Will Not Power On: Check power supply, fuse/breaker, power cord/switch.
- Electrode Sticks: Increase amperage, ensure good ground, dry rods, consider VRD setting.
- Unstable Arc: Reduce current, match polarity, maintain short arc.
- Poor Weld Penetration: Increase amperage, slow travel speed, use thicker electrodes.
- Overheating: Allow rest between welds, clear vents, use lower amps for long jobs.
- Arc Cuts Out: Check cables and holder, service if needed.
VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) Notes
- Lowers idle voltage to ~15–20 V for safety in damp/confined spaces
- May make arc striking harder with small rods (2.0 – 2.5 mm)
- Use firm strike or disable VRD if model allows and it's safe to do so
