CRC White Lithium Grease
This offers many of the benefits associated with grease, but in a liquid/aerosol form. In many respects, it's a super lubricant that combines the convenience of a liquid oil, with the performance benefits of a high-viscosity grease. In other words, "It sprays like a liquid, but sticks like a grease". In most cases, grease is merely oil that has had a thickener (additive) added to it. In the case of White Lithium Grease, the lithium itself is thicker. However, the lithium doesn't only provide structure to the oil (thereby holding it in place in vertical applications), it also acts as a type of slow-release sponge that applies oil (in small amounts) as per the component's lubrication needs. White Lithium Grease is also water-resistant, highly tolerant to extreme pressures, and boasts a working temperature range that extends from -25°C right up to 130°C.
